Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective (photo/video evidence required).
- The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or model).
- Missing items in the package.
- The product has serious quality issues not matching the description.
- The order was not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe due to shipping issues.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if:
- The customer changes their mind.
- The wrong shipping address was provided.
- Delivery delays caused by local postal services/customs that are still within the standard timeframe.
Timeframe
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or refund.
- Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
Process

- Once approved, we will offer either:
A replacement shipment, or
A refund to your original payment method. - In most cases, products do not need to be returned due to high international shipping costs.
Refunds

Absolutely. Our straightener is designed for all hair types — from fine to thick — and works best for quick styling and touch-ups.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
